I just got back from a 4 hour misadventure. Some people drove into the mountains and drove over two creek crossings, but broke through on the 3rd. The guy walked down to a rancher who couldn't help him, but called me. I said tough deal at first, but then he said the woman was still in the car and she was pregnant. So anyway, I had to use my tractor bucket to lift the car out of the creek, but the front wheels were froze. Eventually, after I pulled him out, the wheels broke loose!

But then we discovered he had a tire leaking, he had a spare but no jack. Mind you, it's snowing and 2 degrees, so I towed him out to the edge of the forest land, and my son who had brought his pickup brought him down to our shop, and changed his tire. In the meantime, I drove the tractor home.

These people were Darwin award winners. They weren't dressed for the elements, and no one in their right mind would be up in the mountains during a winter storm>??>??? All they could say was they just went for a drive and this is where we ended up! I'm drinking vodka after this encounter! Whoa!

OMFG it is soooooo fucking cold!!!!

I have to wear shorts and sandals because of my leg brace and bandages.

But anyway at long last my appointment is over. And it is finally FRIDAY!!!

Oh yeah I know I sound like a broken record by now, but there is even more improvement and it is happening so fast.

I traveled once thru CA/Oregon state line and stop at a Walgreens and it was 40 F outside the parking lot - that's was the lowest temp I ever felt. For me was like I was going to die instant frozen once I leave the store.
