Sorry for late update. She came out of surgery at about 3:30pm. 8 hour surgery. They were able to do all 5 bypasses. Her heart had trouble when they were re starting it, but they have her stable now. They also had to put a balloon to block flow of blood to her legs partially, so her heart wont have to work as hard right now. They will do another surgery tomorrow to remove that, so they are going to keep her sedated and on a ventilator for tonight. They are going to wake her up later though for a bit, a sedation vacation I guess but maybe for other medical reasons also. So we came home for a few minutes, grab something to eat, and will go back. I am not sure when that will happen, possibly 1am.
