They're saying we're going to get 2-4 inches per HOUR. That's insane. One reporter even said maybe 5 inches.
How much are you supposed to get there, total?

Even in our worst blizzards that never happened. The governor of MA said that in his 40 years of involvement with the state, he has NEVER seen snow rates at 3-4 inches per hour.
