But I went to check in earlier just as she was preparing to lay down. I thought she was pushing until she finally kinda plopped down to her laying position. Poor thing. My guess is that even if not pregnant, giraffes lay down awkwardly. But with that big belly, it seems the hard part is getting her rear legs in the tuck position needed to lay on them. |
