Yeah that's what I'm guessing. Not going to mess with all of that today though. If I lose power oh well I still have candles and all the other stuff. So no biggie. It's only a TS so might lose power for a few hours at most not like days with a good sized hurricane.

We have a cousin in Az work requires him to get in attics , 165 in attics yesterday

When I want to shut my generator off for a long period of time, while it's running I turn the gas valve off and just let it go til it dies. To restart with the gas valve open I give it two or three gentle pulls to get the gas back in, then all it takes is one or two good pulls to start.

Edit to add. Make sure noting is plugged into the generator when shutting it down this way.

My brother is headed there this summer. He's always wanted to go there and was worried if he waited too many more years the glaciers would be gone! I would love to go myself. I pretty much have all the national parks on my list.
