The big tumor that showed up on cat scan is not cancerous but a much smaller one, 2mm, was found that is. I'll be getting another surgery soon.

Same here! I got up early and took a long walk and there were streaks all over the skies. Which added to the overcast look when I headed out to my friend's house. Bastards! But it cleared up and was completely clear for the entire eclipse! OMG, that period of totality was probably the most awesome sight I've ever seen. It was simply stunning! I wanna do it again!

The lighting was really unique. Got pretty dark. I can't say it was like night time per se, but definitely like dusk. Except the lighting was so different. I said to my friends, it felt like we had some sort of photo filter going on. It was cool. Birds got weird and the cicadas started chirping. It's so damn hot and humid here today I didn't even notice the temperature drop. I did enjoy that brief moment of shade though. Probably got sunburned today - can't tell yet but I can feel it. I'm never out in the direct sun like that, but today I sucked it up!

So is your impression they could possibly just remove it and that's it? Meaning, no treatments or anything like that. I hope so. That would definitely be ideal scenario.
