Around 11pm, I started feeling spaz. Like I was overflowing with energy down in my core that couldn't escape. Then, just as suddenly as the feeling started, I felt the energy sliding off....like riding a roller coaster to the peak and then making its' way down. I went to bed just before midnight and I know I didn't lay there long before I fell asleep.

I woke up at 6am with a headache and feeling completely drained.

After seeing the quake in Mexico, it's almost as if my body was in sync with the earth itself.
