That was fabulous!!!!! This planet is so awesome. I've been thanking God a lot lately for this planet. It is incredible beyond comprehension.

The bible calls it the creature, it is a live organism!

They clearly weren't/aren't seasoned sailors, but they were smart enough to have more than enough food and a water purifier with them in case of such a situation. To keep both of them alive for 5 months, plus 2 dogs...I don't consider them stupid at all.

But we can agree to disagree : )

Not much!

Ever since I was young, yogurt is so a no go for me. I try a cup every few years, since I started around 19. I stopped when i was 34. Never again. I get sick about 2hrs later, every time. Then I feel lethargic for a day after.

Also most my life raw onions mess my stomach up.

Yet I can drink vodka with seltzer water and lime most nights like no tomorrow. Have been since about 24.

Oh, I cannot have acetaminophen. Even one and my ears ring and stomach hurts. I have to take Ibuprofen.

Ate yogurt twice. Both times I was violently ill. Never again.

It's hard to have a healthy gut these days between the lack of nutrients in the soil, pesticides and the processing! I think we are all walking around with either clinical or sub clinical leaky gut, meaning particles are crossing over intestines directly into blood stream before being fully digested.

These particles travel all over the body causing inflammation. I take Fulvic acid too, it comes from peat moss type bogs in Asia. It's kind of like eating dirt, which to me makes sense.

I used to get bad sinus infections that would turn into bronchitis every spring and fall. This would take two courses of antibiotics to get rid of. I've been working on building up gut health and, knock on wood, have been good for several years now.
