I find it very interesting - mentions the uptick and also how the EQs feel like quick, sharp jolts, which is what that EQ testimony said yesterday that I linked here. Losser puts the lights in the inner part of the tree, winner puts them on the outside. Must swear to never touch the tree lights after each is done AND cannot move the lights the other put on! There, solved!!! My mom and I had to do that and after that, the following year we swapped places. Current placing was put on the outside of the tree box - or on a Christmas box if real tree was used. Of course this only works if you put tons of lights on a tree like we did. Luckily we were working with 700 lights, so in the end we have lights both on the inner branches and outer branches. He's outside doing those lights now. I'm being nice and staying inside so he has some peace.  I saw a picture that reminded me of you this morning. It was a pic of a Christmas tree that someone had just brought home and their cat was on the tree at the very top where a topper would go lol!!  ~*Ride the Wave*~ |

Many years ago we were in Ohio and experienced a rare earthquake. At the time we had a 130 pound half-Akita dog who loved to bump into the sofa to rub her butt. The sofa would jolt and move. When the EQ hit, we thought it was the dog again and turned to finger-pointy at her but she was across the room now in alert position. I get that "sharp jolt" description. The EQ was a 3 point something but it was sharp enough to jolt and move the sofa with us on it. Creepy stuff. |

My two kittens are not getting along. Luna the almost 6th month old HATES the almost 3 month old Eclipse. She attacked her last night so we are back to square one in keeping them totally separated for 3 days but swapping them out - one to main house and other in my bedroom for a few hours, then swap again. Luna is almost 6 pounds, while Clipsie is only a pound and a half (she is going to be a tiny cat). I am very sad as I am beginning to think the two might never get alone. Talk to God about it last night and left it in His hands. Don't know what else to do. Otherwise, we will have to give up Clipsie. I'm sure it's frustrating but give it time. I've done this before and it works great... Mix a little citronella oil with water and spray the tree with it. Don't douse it heavy, just a light wisping on the inside and branch tips is enough. Cats absolutely HATE the smell of citrus. You can also place pine cones and orange peel under the tree. Cats won't go near them. To know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders. A rock in bad hands killed Abel. A rock in good hands killed Goliath. It isn't about the rock. I've done this before and it works great... Mix a little citronella oil with water and spray the tree with it. Don't douse it heavy, just a light wisping on the inside and branch tips is enough. Cats absolutely HATE the smell of citrus. You can also place pine cones and orange peel under the tree. Cats won't go near them. We had four cats and used fresh pine cones to decorate the tree. Cats absolutely hated it so took our their revenge on our house plants. ikr! I put pine cones around my plants too!
