Sunday-morning boom heard over Birmingham area
Updated 8:21 AM; Posted 7:56 AMAnother unexplained loud boom was heard over the Birmingham area Sunday morning, the latest in a series that has defied explanation.
Meteorologist James Spann retweeted a number of reports from people in the Birmingham area who reported hearing one or two booms around 7:30 a.m. Sunday. Reports came from Mountain Brook, Forest Park and other areas. [ link to www.al.com] Quoting: KickinIt   There is no two ways about it, there is some weird sky shit going on in reference to booms, loud shofar sounds, metal screeching sounds from the clouds, etc. Its been going on for about six years and gaining in frequency of reporting. This stuff is being heard all over the world with no cogent explanation of what these sounds are.
