Now I can finally re-start PT as of this week. And more consistently too. It is twice a week starting this week.

I finally re-established my insurance with COBRA. Then I had 1 pity PT appointment, but had to wait until today (three weeks later) because they were all booked up for the past three weeks for Thanksgiving (assholes). Also had to pay fuckin' $1200 before being able to re-instate my insurance on top of a $450/mo fee that, of course, unemployement doesn't cover and of which is woefully inadequate to cover all my rent and bills.

Anyway. Last appointment was 88 degrees. I am bending 92 degrees as of today's appointment.

120 degrees ROM is normal.

Still constantly applying for jobs. Constantly hustling to get more consulting work.

I'm tired. I just want a damned job dammit. The consulting work is nice but I have always been a full-time employee. Never self employed at this level. Really not happy with the whole uncertainty thingamajigger.

I have a free app for my phone (walk logger) and it logs all of my walking. So far this year it is at 897 miles as of today. 35 minutes in the morning and 35 minutes in the evening. Averaging 5 days a week and it adds up very fast.

It's good you at least have answers- now you know what you are dealing with. I would do a lot of research online for alternative therapies and maybe see if anyone here knows of anything. Hope you contine improving!
