Well I have fatty liver .Need some GLP remedies for this. I'm overweight and need certain kind of excercices .

Maybe 5 minutes at a time, or 10, or an hour. Overtime it will all add up. Consistency is key my friend. Just incorporate it into your everyday life however you can. I used to weigh over 300 lbs. In a little over a year I got down to my current weight, 180. I didn't do anything intense. Walking was really my only exercise. I still do it every day.
