On the horizontal bike stepper thingy (forget what the machine is called, exactly) I had an intensity of approximately 6.0. Today, I went through 10 minutes with an intensity of 8.5 all the way through. Quoting: CuriousSeeker I am stepping up on steps with my surgery knee (my right, or the one on your left when you're watching the video) for the first time since this whole ordeal began over a year ago. I was so excited I wanted to share my progress on video: [link to youtu.be (secure)] congrats on your personal victory ..... ........ The end of the beginning... |

WhiteAngel also known at WA User ID: 13752844 United States 12/26/2017 08:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Hey, remember not terribly long ago when I had no clue I could just type in the name of the smilie vs. clicking on the actual image? I still laugh at myself for that. Quoting: KickinIt I remember when I first started poking around here on GLP. So many people seemed just plain rude lol. I wouldn't even ask anyone how to do anything. I just picked up as I went along, so some things also took me a while to figure out. There's still a lot of rude jerks around. I agree with both of you. The a/c out in the open are horrid (not all - so no whinning) while more of the members have become easier to chat with, where before you were called an idiot for not understanding why was being said. Usually it didn't make a lick of sense to NORMAL people, lol Isaiah 5:20 KJV Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! All week. We won't get out of the teens for a high! Plus wind. It's truly brutal out there right now. News is saying frost bite can happen within 30 minutes of being outside and to layer up, etc. Concerns for the homeless and mentioning all of the shelters that will be open. Deadly cold temps all week. Oops, sorry, I lied. Tomorrow's high is 21. Thursday's high is 10. TEN!!! Wtf?! Friday = 16 Saturday = 19 Sunday = 14 Monday = 16 Tuesday = 12 Wednesday = 19 ^^^Those are our HIGHS for the next week! :s27cold: That is just too freakin cold! As for BigD - you get used to the cold especially if you are working. After a while, 20F feels like 50. I have chopped wood in my shirt sleeves with it only 10F and it felt too warm. I feel sorry for my husband. He has to work at UPS tonight loading planes and it will be about 5F while he is there. Okay, not you really made me laugh with that one, for I could head their voices!!!!! Seriously, I was used to the cold there and it was nothing. My momma thought I was insane when I kept telling her I wasn't cold.
