It's great for distributing the heat to a wider area. We got it years ago when we had our old house. They don't make the blowers anymore though, so hubs makes sure he keeps it in running order. The damn goober can't allow us to have anything that actually works and keeps us off their grid...sigh To know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders.
