Why are the buoys going off in the far west pacific already? No way the wave has reached there yet? Usually you can dial them and get information but probably due to gov't shutdown they are most likely closed except to maritime traffic. Buoys cannot give us data ATM. No kidding?! Talk about shit timing. Sketchy. My quake app must be government operated, cause i DIDN'T GET A FREAKING ALERT
