So this means 9 out of 13 last 6+ ANYWHERE on the planet have hit Papua New Guinea. I can't remember a scenario quite like this before.

Conversely, this means only FOUR 6+ within the last 33 days for the whole world (excluding said PNG). This is way too low.

The implications are that actually several big 7+ quakes are still on the horizon.

I agree with MoN, we might even test 20 7+ this year. Which would be the most since 2010.
