vertigo only once in a while...head pressure and head aches ears ring and ache, double vision and dizziness.... I love you too  sounds like my symptoms...and the ribs! Broken ribs are no fun at all. I hope that your symptoms clear up some over time...mine did...not 100%, but much better. I had to get used to standing very slowly..lol..it took me many falls to get it right. Stand slowly...wait a few seconds..then move on. My prayers are with you. Any natural treatments that would help you??  Cannabis helps the pain a bit; I've found nothing for the other symptoms.
