I'm a gagger and a texture person. First I had to let it melt in my mouth to become liquid form before I could even start swishing around for the 10 minutes I lasted. I will say that my teeth felt really clean once I brushed them after the whole ordeal lol. Only reason I'm willing to do it again. I've read that coconut oil is the best oil to use. I just have to keep my mind occupied during the swishing, otherwise I'm focused solely on what's in my mouth and the gagging commences lol!
