Tried oil pulling with coconut oil tonight. Literally threw up.

No toothache, just wanted an extra clean mouth lol. : ) I'm not willing to give up yet. I'll try it again with less oil. Or maybe the same amount of oil for less time. I lasted about 10 minutes haha! I'm sure you know this but for others who may read this and try it, always spit the oil out into the garbage bin because its nasty. Never spit it into your sink or toilet because the oil can solidify and clog your pipes. ^^^ Hence why my mess went into a plastic baggie. Fortunately researched ahead of time lol!
