I'm home! Long ass freaking day. PT says tonight: "Most people here are here for two years and don't see the progress you have made in a week. Great work!!" BOOM. Nasty.  CONGRATS! U R A VICIOUS HORSE-STUD OF A MAN ...BABE. HAVE YOU TRIED THE DOWN STAIRS EXERCISES I'VE MENTIONED?HAH. :lol1: We are focusing working on those in PT as I write this post. Steps / stairs are now a focus of our efforts to return my knee to normal function. I am doing things this week I wasn't able to last week. For example: I am using just my surgery leg to step over a step. Huge progress.
