I'm hitting it hard with Allicin (garlic), pro-biotics (including s. boulardiis) Manuka honey, kefir, and natural yogurt. I'm going to order some mangosteen tablets too as I've seen a little research that it can wipe out the spores that are dormant and can start a recurrence. Plan is to really get those spores wiped out and recolonize gut so good bacteria can keep c-diff in check. Isis, have you tried Aloe Vera juice/extract? It's supposed to be very good for the digestive system. I ordered a bottle from Amazon and got it the next day. I've only had it for a couple of days now and take 4 tbsp twice per day. Always highly positive conversations and never anything negative. Same things with the senior partners and company big boss, always awesome stuff going on. Not full blown, such as my lack of eating at times, but trying to get some nutrients and beneficial things into my system that I have never before focused on. I've been feeling pretty good since starting all these different new things. But you already do and take many beneficial supplements so I don't need to bore you with the stuff I've started. I just hope your c diff symptoms/problems go away and stay away. It makes me sad knowing that you've been dealing with this for so long now. It's just so not right and not fair for you.
