Klauea Message Sun, 24 Jun 2018 16:39:07 HST: At 4:12 PM HST June 24, a collapse explosion event occurred at Klauea's summit. The ash-poor plume did not rise much above ground surface. The energy released by the event was equivalent to M5.3 earthquake.

This person has a cool take on the energies of the current times. Its kind of how I think about what we are experiencing if we want to.

Please don't feel sad for me, you know me, I get to work figuring out the silver lining for the most part except on days where I'm prone to complain a little, lol.

I was thinking how maybe the universe wanted me to totally reset my gut flora and fauna. So much of who we are and how we function has to do with the biota of the gut. Its really fascinating. So there was stuff in there since when I was born and maybe it had me conditioned in a way. So I think it needed to go to make room for higher vibrational frequency stuff. Kind of like what you are intuitively doing with your dietary changes.

I am now over 24 hours off the antibiotic and I'm holding my own. I'm pleasantly surprised and will continue to hope for the best but if there is a setback I'll work through it.

I go in the kitchen to make a smoothie. Ingredients consist of the following:

-Thawed frozen fruits (strawberries, mangoes, peaches and pineapple)
-Vanilla almond milk
-Greek yogurt
-Flax oil
-Chia seeds
-Honey
-Beet root powder

And a couple scoops of strawberry frozen yogurt. Didn't add any greens to this one, but still sneaking in some things I otherwise wouldn't have gotten into my system.

This dude hears the blender going and comes in the kitchen. I offer him some. Lol, he says no thanks, I'm making a cookies & cream milkshake when you're done.

This earthquake was associated with a minor explosion and rockfall that occurred around 4:12 PM Sunday, June 24th local time from Halema'uma'u crater. Only very weak emissions were observed at low levels above the crater.

LOL!! I dreamed Ivana Trump and Jared Kushner and children were coming to stay at my house. Went on for hours as I was straightening up and figuring out where everyone was going to sleep. So strange.

I should have taken some earlier. I typically take Onnit's New Mood in times of stress, and it's working to help my mood this weekend. I should remember to do so when I have a weekend like this. It would have helped my mood for sure.

LOL! That's definitely a strange one. Have you been having more dreams that you can remember lately? Seems like my dreams have been very detailed and realistic recently. Past month or so. The scary ones that get thrown into the mix every once in a while suck, due to the detailed reality of them. And multiple dreams per night. Some of which continue from the previous one, between wake ups. I wake up often throughout the night. It amazes me that I have time to dream so many dreams in just one night.

Is it something you can't take before bed?
