Just ordered it, needed couple things so all taken care of, thanks!

I hope it helps a little at least. I did see that some suggested it for c diff. Among many other wonderful benefits of taking it. I've kinda gone on a health kick lately. Not full blown, such as my lack of eating at times, but trying to get some nutrients and beneficial things into my system that I have never before focused on. I've been feeling pretty good since starting all these different new things.

But you already do and take many beneficial supplements so I don't need to bore you with the stuff I've started. I just hope your c diff symptoms/problems go away and stay away. It makes me sad knowing that you've been dealing with this for so long now. It's just so not right and not fair for you. Know that I am always sending you prayers and love, and will continue to do so.

You have the biggest, most loving heart!!! You can bore me with your details any time girl!! I'm happy you are finding a new path and feeling better!! Please don't feel sad for me, you know me, I get to work figuring out the silver lining for the most part except on days where I'm prone to complain a little, lol.

I was thinking how maybe the universe wanted me to totally reset my gut flora and fauna. So much of who we are and how we function has to do with the biota of the gut. Its really fascinating. So there was stuff in there since when I was born and maybe it had me conditioned in a way. So I think it needed to go to make room for higher vibrational frequency stuff. Kind of like what you are intuitively doing with your dietary changes.

I am now over 24 hours off the antibiotic and I'm holding my own. I'm pleasantly surprised and will continue to hope for the best but if there is a setback I'll work through it.

Love you to pieces!!! IO

Hi Simple, and all you other worthies...
For those of you looking for something to add to your daily health regimen,,,do not forget the LOWLY APPLE ! I eat one or two apples a day, or 1 apple and 1 other fruit.
BE AWARE OF THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF APPLES !!! (see link below).
I am in my mid-70's. I have not been to a doctor since 1998 for a school-teacher checkup; before that, 1988 for poison ivy, and before that, a flu / bronchial infection. Going back further, post-partum for my last child,,,1975. As it is, I enjoy good health now for my age---slowing down, yes. I have never taken a pharmaceutical drug, though my cholesterol is sky high---which is good; need the cholesterol for brain function, and it is the basis for every single hormone in the body. Statins are poison,,,look it up.
Anyway,,,,it is so easy to add the apples into your daily life,,,just eat one on the way to work, one on the way home.
You will notice a difference in a few weeks, in energy, and all over well-being.

Hey Simple - how was the party?? Hope you had a good time!

KickIn & Curious - I ate some B-12 gummies and a couple of Vitamin C gummies this morning. Actually had a nice energy boost that lasted about 5 hours. No shakiness like too much coffee.
First day in a long time that I wasn't dragging butt all day. But it was pretty stress-free today, too. Hope ya'll get to feeling better!

Thanks Arnie! I'll add them to the plan. I got a shit phone call from my doctor's nurse this morning regarding my abdomen ultrasound results, which I was under the impression that they came back not-so-bad. I guess hematologists aren't the best doctors to interpret the results. Since all of the doctors' computer networks are connected and I saw my hematologist shortly after the ultrasound I asked him if he could see the results which he could and didn't seem to think there was much to be concerned about. He actually made me feel a lot better about things.

My primary doctor had ordered the ultrasound and her nurse called this morning to tell me that she wants me to see a surgeon and gastro doctor because I have a lot of gallstones and may need my gallbladder removed. :\

I feel like every time I take a couple steps forward I hit a steep downward hill and slide way back down it. Sometimes I just want to throw in the towel. But that's just not an option. I'm far too stubborn to give up lol.

So sorry Simple....again, MAGNESIUM,,,,we get none in our foods......magnesium deficiency contributes to the formation of gall stones and kidney stones.....see links below:
Here's the thing,,,simplified,,,We get enough calcium in our diets,,,but we need magnesium to make the calcium go to where it belongs---magnesium is kind of like a herding dog with a big flock of sheep---it "herds" the calcium and keeps it SUSPENDED in the blood, and keeping it "moving",chasing it here and there to where it BELONGS, instead of stagnating in various parts of the body, causing "hypercalcemia", over-calcification, (stones are largely calcium) and without magnesium just sits there and forms stones / plaques (yes it gunks up in the arteries, and causes heart / vascular problems/ thromboses etc). Now when magnesium is present, the calcium is moved to where it belongs, into and out of cells, for muscular tension and relaxation. MAGNESIUM KNOWS WHAT TO DO....it is also the base for EVERY SINGLE ENZYME MADE IN THE BODY. This explains why there are so many conditions related to magnesium deficiency.
here are a couple articles about magnesium & gall stones:

I had actually saved the link to order some of the magnesium you suggested the other day when you posted it for Kickin. I have been taking magnesium, but now I see my dose isn't big enough. Probably because I have chewable ones. I have a really hard time swallowing pills lol. I will read up on your links as soon as I have a little down time at the office, and if I don't find any down time I will read them as soon as I get home.

Thank you so much!!!

Also,,,,,did you know APPLES (with pectin under the skin) HELPS WITH GALL BLADDER HEALTH AND EVEN DISSOLVES EXISTING GALL STONES?
You need to be a lifer on apples, and magnesium....
this shit is pissing me off,,,so many health problems for young people...they are not taught nutrition in school anymore....

Another study, published in the 1983 journal Experientia, investigated the effect of Pectin and Cellulose in the ability to actually dissolve stones in test animals. The results indicated that cellulose (found in crisp fruits and vegetables) is able to "slightly" decrease the rate of gallstone formation. It was not, however, able to reduce the size of pre-established gall stones. Pectin (found mainly in apples) has a greater effect in stopping gallstone formation and of great interest, was found to dissolve pre-established stones as well!

I did not know that but am happy to hear it! These gall stones are definitely pre-established. Well, I suppose there might be more now, but I had multiple stones found during another ultrasound a couple of years back. There was no surgeon talk back then though so I'm assuming there's even more now.

Time to make a grocery run again! Thank you a million times Arnie. : )
