So sorry Simple....again, MAGNESIUM,,,,we get none in our foods......magnesium deficiency contributes to the formation of gall stones and kidney stones.....see links below:
Here's the thing,,,simplified,,,We get enough calcium in our diets,,,but we need magnesium to make the calcium go to where it belongs---magnesium is kind of like a herding dog with a big flock of sheep---it "herds" the calcium and keeps it SUSPENDED in the blood, and keeping it "moving",chasing it here and there to where it BELONGS, instead of stagnating in various parts of the body, causing "hypercalcemia", over-calcification, (stones are largely calcium) and without magnesium just sits there and forms stones / plaques (yes it gunks up in the arteries, and causes heart / vascular problems/ thromboses etc). Now when magnesium is present, the calcium is moved to where it belongs, into and out of cells, for muscular tension and relaxation. MAGNESIUM KNOWS WHAT TO DO....it is also the base for EVERY SINGLE ENZYME MADE IN THE BODY. This explains why there are so many conditions related to magnesium deficiency.
here are a couple articles about magnesium & gall stones:
(in this one they mention the magnesium taurate that I recommended a few days ago)

I had actually saved the link to order some of the magnesium you suggested the other day when you posted it for Kickin. I have been taking magnesium, but now I see my dose isn't big enough. Probably because I have chewable ones. I have a really hard time swallowing pills lol. I will read up on your links as soon as I have a little down time at the office, and if I don't find any down time I will read them as soon as I get home.

Thank you so much!!!

You can get it in liquid form and just put it under your tongue. I also don't like taking a lot of pills, which is why I noticed that option as I read about it. But I also read that the liquid form for whatever reason is less likely to cause a gastro reaction, as magnesium can be known for. So that was also an attractive feature. Here's one I bookmarked, I'm still looking into liquid form options:
