YES to apple cider vinegar....get the body ph up over 7.5,,,cancer cannot thrive in an alkaline environment,,, and ditch all the sugar....cancer feeds on sugar. REMEMBER THAT APPLE A DAY, OR TWO !!!   I had a delicious red apple yesterday and will be having a green one shortly. : ) I be paying attention to the posts in here ;-)  This was dinner last night [ link to imgur.com (secure)] Not sure what tonight will be. I fend for myself now lol. Whatever it may be, I'm including a baked potato. Love them! And probably carrots. : ) Very Nice! Probably already do this but if not, good reminder. Say grace/bless the food. Ask Source to make it healthy!
