Broccoli is one of my favorite veggies so pushing that is no problem. I have to meet with the surgeon on Tuesday but I'm telling him I don't want surgery. I'm not in any discomfort and I'm confident I can reverse this. I honestly think having my gallbladder removed would cause more problems for me instead of resolving anything.

Plus, it's kinda fun proving doctors wrong.

I think that's the best choice. If it's not impacting your life, why get surgery? And I agree, you might be able to resolve the issue on your own.

I've never had one of the attacks that some people get and these gallstones have been there for years. I probably should've starting what I'm doing now back then, but back then there was no surgery talk so I didn't put much thought into it. Surgery should always be the last option, imo. I need my parts lol.

That's insane, I could never live in such a climate.

I talked to my bro earlier, they broke a record in the L.A. area yesterday. The high in L.A. proper was 108, but somewhere in that region he said it got up to 116, which he heard is the hottest temp ever recorded in that area. He's at a higher elevation so it wasn't that bad at his place. The weather varies so much there, and you don't have to go far. It's sometimes 10 degrees cooler at his house than in L.A., which is only 15 miles away. I understand why that is, but I'm still fascinated by it.

Having a beer, but having nothing major...
