Also, something else could be happening: it is getting much easier for me to "use" my right quad tendon, because it is getting much stronger. That may be part of it - as my tendon gets stronger the other muscles get weaker because they don't have to work/support as much. I may just not be ready to take the leap to using the front of my knee (as it should be) full time! |
