Woke up to a bunch of flash flood warning alerts on my phone. My end of the street is completely flooded. The street that my street is off of is also flooded. I can only imagine what the rest of my city looks like because my street and the street we're off of never get THIS bad! Fuck! Just checked my basement. Flooded!  Send it my way! We are back in moderate drought! Oh it's bad : ( I have a minimum of 3 inches of water downstairs. Probably deeper, but I'm not stepping in it to go measure other areas. I have a living room furniture set down there among many other valuable things. Half of my basement is done over like a family room and the other half is the laundry area. Both sides are flooded. : (  FML Dang Simple, I'm sorry you have to deal with such a mess in your basement and I hope the loss of stuff is minimal.
