Hurricane Tracker App The latest NHC forecast package shows there's now a 50% chance of tropical storm force winds along portions of the SC/NC coastlines. map [ link to twitter.com (secure)]  just TS winds? It's gonna strengthen, then weaken before landfall?  Brad Panovich Just a FYI the forecast cone is where the center could be and we all know impacts can be 100s of miles form the center.
