I've lived in MO most of my life and never heard of southern Illinois referred to as the Ozark Dome Region. And keep in mind, portions of this area are just across the river from STL, and would be considered part of our metro area. Not that I'm doubting it, but odd I've never heard of it referred to as that.

Also, I am very surprised they don't mention the Wabash Valley Fault in the article, which is mostly in this "Ozark dome" region, although in the eastern part. The 5.2 we had in 2008 was definitely on that fault, and the epicenter for that was only about 100 miles to the east of this quake.
