Hi Sim! Glad your bad week is over! Crappy to come back from vaca to that!! And sorry to hear you are struggling inside...I feel the pain. Finally went and got some counselling myself. Even a few sessions really helped. Still feel like there's a train coming at me, but I'm handling the reality better. Hope you find someone to talk to - it can really help!! Know you're loved, and that the voice you most listen to - the one in your head - isn't always right about what it tells you. Focus on the love & support you have from your family & on here.

I am happy for so many of you that are having positive events! And am praying for those of you who are struggling or experiencing events that are troubling or tough. Seems that many folks I know are struggling in one way or another. I know we (hubby & I ) are facing a severe financial crisis, and are still working with grandson. Bad things happen to good people. We just have to depend on our loved ones and friends to help us get through.

Enough philosophy tonight. Am heading to bed - have been having bad panic attacks at night, and sleep has been elusive. Am extremely tired. Hope all of you have a good night's rest, and a wonderful Sunday tomorrow.

Yes, Haiti had a 6.0 EQ and then 2 hours later a 5.9.... an underground volcano activated and a Tropical Storm/Hurricane ... all within the range down there....lots of energy happening there...

I see only the 5.9 both on EMSC and USGS.

If you look at the RSOE link that I posted it has both on there. The 6.0 was reported 2 hours earlier by INGV... not sure what that is...

But News reports are now counting fatalities....

I have had a concerning dream as well , mine is a storm is coming and no one paying attention

I had a dream last night... i was visiting my mother in Florida, looked out the window to see the Aurora. As soon as i stepped outside to go look, the power went out. Cell phone wouldn't turn on. Grid went down.

Creepy damn dream!
