Stumbles in and waves at the EQ crowd... grouphug

Nothing much to report on the work front, other than hectic times and people looking for answers from the invisible ones in the top. Answers that I know will come in about two weeks.

I must have spent approx 36 hours alone in talks motivating colleagues, telling them we can only focus on the things we can control, showing "them" wrong by giving our all and more in those things we are best at, which we prove daily. That we will be the survivors in the end, in whatever form that might be. Find strength in our weakest moments.

I must admit, it is quite draining, emotional, tears pushing, talking from the heart for hours, with passion, knowing the doubts and uncertain future. But to notice that people pick up on it, like today, when everything to was heading to go wrong, got back on track through positive energy and focus, is the best boost of energy ever. A feeling of pride, not only with me, but those who accomplished it as well. A feeling that we can overcome anything. If only for this moment. This moment is what counts. Tomorrow is for later.

I am not naive. Of course there will be bad times once the decisions are made. Worries about finances, family, age, work. Anger. Feelings of injustice. All I can say is that there will always be a future and that it is better to face that future head on, in the knowledge that you mastered storms before, to trust your skills and that rather sooner than later things will work out. As long as you focus on the things you can control, stand in life with confidence and belief in who you are and what you represent. Through that you beam positive energy that gets noticed and before you know, after you have given it all time and a place in your mind and heart, that next door opens. And who knows, maybe after a while you tell yourself that you should have taken that step long ago.

This "mezzage" is not just for the people in my company. I know many struggle with it, also on here. Those of you who know me a bit better, know I speak from the heart, go all in. I hope reading it gives a bit of extra courage to face the challenges we face. You know you can! We'll be alright.

Apologies for the long message. It's been an tense week. And it's the curse of writing. tounge

One more day!
