Ughh.. still fighting this #$%(& headache, it's driving me a little batty and I wish it would just go away. Going on the 3rd week...

I think it is a pressure/season change thing as it seem to flare up every time a weather pattern changes. On the bright side, this may mean that we are going to stay cooler which is nice. Our 'big' fair/carnival is this week so we'll be taking my youngest out for some fun and some great-tasting-but-horrible-for-you food.

I hope you all have a great week!

It probably could have to do with the weather change, whether it's the pressure change, differences in air allergens, etc. Sounds like it's no fun at all, especially lasting for that long.

Hoping you feel better this week for the big fair! Make sure you get a giant turkey leg and a funnel cake if you're going to go all out! tounge

Anger and blockades as fracking starts in UK for first time since 2011

Fracking has begun in the UK for the first time since 2011 despite an attempt by protesters to blockade the entrance to the Lancashire site.

Activists from campaign group Reclaim the Power used a van to block the entrance to a site on Preston New Road near Blackpool for 12 hours from 4.30am on Monday, but the shale gas company Cuadrilla said all the equipment it needed to frack was already there and it had started the process by 1pm.

Cuadrilla first began fracking on the Fylde coast seven years ago, but suspended operations after a series of small tremors.

The energy minister, Claire Perry, suggested last week that rules designed to halt fracking operations if they trigger minor earthquakes could be relaxed as the shale industry expands. Current regulations mean even very low levels of seismic activity require companies to suspend fracking.

Try putting Vick's Vapor rub on your temples and behind your ears. Keep away from eyes. I've put on my forehead also when it is really bad sinus pain. After 30-60 minutes I wash off and reapply as needed.

I would apply to the base of your neck also and see if you might get any relief!!!

Here is my woo woo thought. There is an ancient chakra in the little depression at the base of the skull. Its called the Mouth Of God Chakra and I think current photonic energy is activating it. Its coiled up tight and trying to uncoil causing a bit of havoc for us physically.

I think it is what caused me to loss my hearing in left ear last April and caused molar to bust out on same side. Only remedy I do is visualize the energy uncoiling and expanding gently. You can google it for more info. Quite fascinating. Since we are between worlds you still have to follow up with western medicine understandings.

Ughh.. still fighting this #$%(& headache, it's driving me a little batty and I wish it would just go away.
