Thank you so much for sharing! I am also not in a typical EQ area, but my ears have been ridiculous the last few days. Maybe I am over sensitive to other areas which is a possibility. I am a Pisces after all : )

Speaking of "living near a seismic area"...We are about
a football-field's-length distance from the river in our
area that is the MAIN FAULT LINE for N.W. Montana (The
Clark Fork River.) And...as luck would have it I am one
of the MOST energy-sensitive people you'll ever meet
--probably because I am -A Rh factor.

Anyways, we have been seeing quake-swarms in NW Montana
(maybe related to Yellowstone, tho YS is hundreds of
miles to our southeast.) Even into the 4's in some
instances.

Anyways, we've been having all kinds of strange symptoms
including a constant dry cough, the feeling of "buzzing
inside the lower legs/feet" and dizzyness. I've had this
kind of symptom before--but this has lasted at least 1 week
now and it is rather concerning. I'm wondering if we are
going to see a large quake event in our area soon.

Will keep you posted! It would suck to have a quake in
WINTER as we already have 3 inches of snow on the ground.
Sitting on the curb (like we did in 2016) isn't really
an option with our chihuahua! lol!

I have similar experiences like others described here Sim. My brother, who is now almost 60, has two stents placed around the heart. He was a heavy smoker and has diabetes, so not exactly the spitting image of a healthy person. They did the catheterization and placed the stents.

Technology has advanced so much that it practically has become a mainstream thing. My brother was back home within two days, recovery went swift and it IS a world of difference compared to before. Much more breathing air. What also helps enormously is that he quit smoking. And I know Ryan is trying and quitting as well, so you both try not to worry and go from the positive experiences Sim. It will be alright. It takes some discipline to recover, but after that, health wise there will be a new Ryan.

And as for you. Do you know how many vitamins there are in one single banana? No? Well, then I'll just go ask another monkey.. I know, lame!

Seriously, all joking aside. Every disadvantage has its advantage. So in that respect what happened last week helped finding out about your potassium level. And even though I know you hate hospitals and all the poking and check ups for so many years already, in your situation it is good that you are checked. I said it before, you are used to run faster than Ben Johnson ran the 100 meters on dope, but sometimes you need to put a brake on it, as frustrating as it is.

You are on the right track with your supplements and changed food pattern, so go from there. Get that potassium level back up and continue with what you are doing sweetheart. Trust yourself, it IS working.

And in the meantime I bought stocks in the banana industry, to see if I can counter the crypto currency mess, but honestly I wouldn't mind to lose money on the banana trade. You not eating bananas anymore, would mean that you laugh again in the face of low potassium levels and yell: "Come at me health!"

My thoughts and prayers are with you and Ryan always. And with Mini of course. It will be alright!

Seems like things have picked up over the past few days. Happy you're back home, safely. I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving too.

Wow! Up to a FOOT of snow! Some of those areas are just not prepared for that kind of snowfall.
