Short-term financial gains kind of lose importance compared to the health issues you could end up facing if you continue in such stress. You are worth FAR more and your life should, and can be, much better. Consider this a big hug and grandmotherly advice given in great love & concern!!!!! I saw some of the best artificial structures off the SW coast of Puerto Rico several years ago on Google Maps. The next time I checked, that area was heavily mucked and intentionally blurred. We've never had one in recorded history (last try was 40,000 years ago, unsuccessful) so we really don't know what to fully expect in the preliminary geophysical stages.
