Nice! And I definitely think you can finish another before Xmas. You guys are speedy and it's still nearly 2.5 weeks away.

Making vanilla bean caramels over here. I went over by 2 degrees on one of my batches and it was too hard! Had to throw it out. I tell ya, making caramels is science at it's best. This batch should be good. Tomorrow all caramels and peanut butter balls get dunked in chocolate. Then next weekend I focus on the cookies.

*HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE*

A greeting from my town to yours to get in the Christmas Spirit already..

In the true believe that together we can make our lives and this world a better and safe place. Think positive, even if the negative tries to floor you and remember this:

What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract and what you imagine, you create.

Well they weren't impressed with the hood still, but I think my sales guy put the return through as no money owed. He really shouldn't have, but I'm almost positive that he did. PHEW! Then he almost charged me $150 for not having the spare key with me (because of Toyota's policy for the return). It's on Nef's keychain so I do have it, I just didn't have it with me. So he put in the system that I did return it and I just have to get it back to Toyota by Monday. Little favors for being a repeat customer saved my butt! Well, the hood was a BIG favor!

So yes, I am now in the new lease and it is so much nicer and safer. All wheel drive is practically a necessity living here in the winter and the car I returned didn't have it. That car sucked in the snow. The new car is an SUV (2018 Rav4 XLE). I will never drive a car again. I got such a deal on the Rav4 that my monthly payment is basically the same as that shit car's payment was lol. So it was a huge upgrade for the same monthly cost. : )

China is Going where No One has Gone Before - First-Ever Mission to the Dark Side of the Moon

China is going where no one has gone before--the farside of the Moon. At 2 23 am on Dec. 8th (local time in Sichuan province), a Long March 3B rocket blasted off from the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre, propelling a lander and rover toward the lunar farside.

From Earth, we can see only one side of the Moon. The other side, the lunar farside, is perpetually hidden from view. Apollo astronauts have flown over the farside of the Moon, and many satellites have photographed the Moon from behind--revealing it to be a rugged, heavily cratered landscape startlingly different from the side we typically see. But no one has ever landed there.
