Nice! And I definitely think you can finish another before Xmas. You guys are speedy and it's still nearly 2.5 weeks away. Making vanilla bean caramels over here. I went over by 2 degrees on one of my batches and it was too hard! Had to throw it out. I tell ya, making caramels is science at it's best. This batch should be good. Tomorrow all caramels and peanut butter balls get dunked in chocolate. Then next weekend I focus on the cookies.  Oh my God!! That sounds sooo good! We used to do cookies every Christmas, but haven't the last couple of years because we eat too damn many...lol. I want a couple of those vanilla bean caramels...and some peanut butter balls.. Damn, I wanna come to your house!
