Hope you're back feels better. I've a lineage of back problemed tall ancestors, so i feel your pain, literally. My uncle had a botched back surgery, and was able to completely stop taking pain meds - replacing them with dosing CBD oil. Might be worth a shot in trying. 2 to 3 doses a day - after 4,5 days it really starts taking the pain away. At least it did for my uncle who is disabled for life.
