We're getting snow this weekend, woo hoo! It initially looked like a few inches, then 4-6", and now very possibly over 6. They aren't saying more than that right now, because a lot could change as the storm approaches. I hope this isn't a bust. @NWSStLouisA storm system will bring snow, possibly mixed with sleet to our area from Friday afternoon through Saturday night with several inches of accumulation possible.

Isis and I were talking about this yesterday - wanting to get snowed in. Of course, we were talking about freak, BIG snows that shut the city down. This won't be quite that, however, we could potentially be looking at upwards of 9" according to the news just now, which would be the biggest snowfall we've had here in a while. And being on a weekend, the city will probably all but shut down just because it's easier to do so on a Saturday. I'm ready, so BRING IT mother nature. I plan to hit up the grocery before the panic ensues and get stuff for soup since I already have homemade turkey stock in the freezer. I'll be set. There will be booze, of course, but I'm already good there.
