Looks like we're barely getting hit with Harper today. We had rain all last night, and it's still raining very lightly. We are hovering just above freeing, but not for long. should change to snow in a bit and there should be a band of sleet or ice prior to the changeover, but they said the storm shifted well south of where they anticipated, so now STL will only get 1-2" of snow. I was surprised by this, because if anything, they expected it to shift north, not south. This is a weird storm. They admitted as late as 10pm news last night they really didn't have a grasp on this storm despite it being so close.
