Both computers are not working!
Quoting: bigD111 Dammit, that's the worst! And a double whammy at that!  The other night in sub-zero weather my phone & internet went out, as well as the tablet I use at night, no wifi. I called ATT on a cell phone, they said they would be out in THREE DAYS to look at it. I felt so strange, so disconnected. Difficult to get to sleep that night. I thought "this will be the three days of darkness". And how people really will lose it if we have a serious and lasting outage in the future. Fortunately, it was back on in the morning, as apparently it was a more generalized neighborhood event that they fixed.  It is definitely a scary feeling to go without power. And internet, of course. All of it. Feels very helpless, and on the rare occasions I might lose power for brief periods during a storm or whatever, I think about those who came before us who lived without electricity, and I admire them for living without such luxuries. I fully admit I'm spoiled and couldn't do it. Heck, I won't even go camping!
