This is true - a lot of health conditions can be pinpointed by the iris It’s all in the eyes As the old and wise use to say for so many generations I remember my mom and my grandma used to always say you could tell if someone was sick by how they looked in the eyes. I once came across a woman who knew how to read irises. She was able to tell by looking at mine that I have gut issues. I don't have anything major going on there, but I do have a sensitive stomach and I have had silent reflux (GERD) for decades and trouble with pH balance in the gut. I'm still doing it (although I skipped this past Saturday & Sunday). But I did it Monday through Friday last week, plus the Friday and Saturday of that weekend and I've done it every day this week since Monday. Still too soon to see any real differences for me. Plus the skipped days don't help. Come to think of it, I've probably been feeling like shit because my body is detoxing. I'm sure there's plenty of poison built up in this meat sack that needs to get out. As I figured, my hemoglobin and hematocrit are in fact high again. I checked my results online. I haven't spoken with my doctor, but I don't personally think they're significantly high for me even though they're out of range. So something else is at play with my body lately I think. Celery juice is SO refreshing to drink. I swear I can hear my body saying 'thank you' as I drink it. I love it now and look forward to drinking it every morning. : ) To get the full benefit, you need to cut out all sugar and grains. I know, easier said than done, I love my carbs but every time I eat some, I now say silently, poison, poison. It is working, not wanting them all the time.
