humble, old, castor oil has so many uses; back in the day it was in everyone's home, for skin / hair / removing warts & skin tags or blemishes.

But one popular use was putting a drop of it in each eye every night before bed. Gets rid of cataracts, red eye, dry eye, you name it. You would think this thick "oil" would be super sticky etc in your eye, but it is actually very soothing.

Do you have a juicer? I'm telling ya, celery juice!

I've been on blood pressure medication for years and even on the medication my blood pressure was still high. And I mean high! Started drinking celery juice 5 days per week at the beginning of February. Also stopped taking my blood pressure medication at the same time (I don't advise this). I went to the doctor on Wednesday and my blood pressure was 114/72. That's the best it's been in years! Celery juice.

I hope your mom starts feeling better soon.
