“A tsunami is a series of waves,” the agency warned in its advisory. “The time between wave crests can vary from 5 minutes to an hour. The hazard may persist for many hours or longer after the initial wave.”

After about 90 minutes the agency said the tsunami threat had largely passed and no waves had been observed, but that there were no sea level gauges in the area for measurement. It also cautioned that "minor sea level fluctuations of up to 0.3 meters above and below the normal tide may continue over the next few hours."

Actually my usual is:

2 16oz cups of coffee

1 or 2 16oz low carb Monsters

If anything I should be getting easier sleep due to Beast Mode coffee.

1 20 oz cup of coffee, 1 low carb Monster (if that).

Your tolerance of caffeine can change as you get older. There was a time many years ago I used to be able to drink whatever I wanted and not have a problem sleeping. In my 20s I started having problems falling asleep so I quit drinking any caffeine after 2pm and the sleep problems stopped. For many years now I have cut myself off even earlier by 11am or so. I have 3 cups of coffee in the a.m. and only water after that.
