This is kind of a fun story. There's a guy from Amsterdam who's a big Blues fan and he ended up flying here for the finals and has been having one adventure after another. He's being treated like a celebrity and having the time of his life! I'm getting a kick out of his tweets of all his experiences.

Among those attending Monday's Stanley Cup Final game in St. Louis is a man who came from 4,300 miles away. Gerard flew here from Amsterdam to cheer on the St. Louis Blues.

Every year he would save money to come to St. Louis just in case the Blues made the Cup Final. Even this year, when they were in last place, he scrapped those plans so when they made it, his social media followers stepped up.

'Ink Fire' burning northeast of Calistoga; ‘Sandfire’ burning Rumsey in Yolo County

Firefighting crews from Cal Fire-Napa County Fire are battling a vegetation fire which as of 4:45 p.m. Saturday had burned about 25 acres off of Pope Valley Road six miles northeast of Calistoga, firefighters reported on social media. Dubbed the "Ink Fire," it was first reported about 2:35 p.m. Saturday. The blaze, as of 4:45 p.m., was no longer spreading, firefighters said. No other information about the wildfire was available late Saturday afternoon.

Pacific Gas and Electric had turned power off at about 6:15 a.m. Saturday to areas of unincorporated Napa County near Lake Berryessa deemed at high fire risk spurred by high temperatures, winds and dry fuel. The site of the Ink Fire is about 10 miles northwest of the Spanish Flat Resort on Lake Berryessa.

Such a great story and adventure for my fellow Dutchman. Love it.

It is Super Sunday today. Tonight there's going to be three finals:

- Grand Prix Formula One Canada with Dutch pride Max Verstappen. Even though his starting position (11th) is bad due to stopped 2nd qualification, he will run through the field like a hot knife through butter. 8.10 pm Dutch time (2.10 EST.)

- Dutch vs Portugal in the final of the Nations League, soccer. Of course everyone is going to cheer for Oranje (sorry Luis, you can win the Eurovision Song contest again next year.) 8:45 pm Dutch time (2.45 EST.)

- Stanley Cup Game 6. THE chance for the Blues to wrap this up and win their first Stanley Cup against the Baaastun Bruins, who denied them The Cup in 1970's final. Of course they will win. Sorry Sim! Bruins fans will be disoriented, asking already after the 2nd period: "Wheh the fawk did I pahk mah cah?" 2 am Dutch time (8 pm EST.)

Super Sunday indeed, full of win! Go Orange and Blues!

Yes, big day in sports. I bet DutchGuy will be at some bar downtown today to catch the Nations League game. The timing is perfect - before the Blues game with some buffer time in between. I will be rooting for Oranje for sure!! Nothing against Portugal, but Netherlands is one of my teams.

I tell ya, I woke up nervous today. I feel good about the Blues chances, but to get this close is frightening. It's going to be a stressful day/night.
