Just read this thread via CS's prediction thread. Holy crap! Are they saying what the cause was/is? From Ostria's thread: some more info "The outage was caused by a failure in two separate 500,000 volt power lines in a corridor that takes power from the Yacyreta dam to Buenos Aires" [ link to twitter.com (secure)] Randomly googled 500,000 volts....Apparently this is the power of half a million volts?
