Have not got full custody yet, but getting closerI didn't know you were trying for this. That's great you feel you're making headway. I have a single male friend (my bff) who did it. He took his time gathering enough "evidence" to prove he is the stable parent (and on the flip side, that she was the unstable one). He got full physical AND legal custody, and he deserved it. That kid is thriving. ETA: The mom is a deadbeat, it's not like I was rooting for him simply because he's my friend. The kid's livelihood depended on it.
