TERIYAKI MARINADE Ingredients 1/4 rice bran oil, or good salad-type oil, not olive oil 1/4 cup orange juice (I use frozen concentrate undiluted) 1/4 cup soy sauce 4-5 garlic cloves, chopped very fine (medium) or 3 very large cloves 1 teaspoon ground ginger That's it,,,,marinate overnight or from very early in the morning. I put the meat and vegetable chunks in the same marinating bag, then put on skewers (soak wooden ones in water so they don't burn up).  Thanks Arnie!! As always, I'm saving it!  ~*Ride the Wave*~ |
