I heard a Fox scream earlier when I was checking the gas was switched off at the BBQ, nearly Shite myself lol!!!!

Sounded like a bloody Banshee!!!

Yes,I have sleep apnea. They were only able to record 2 hours of broken sleep and it only showed mild Obstructive Sleep Apnea, but a whole lot of partials, which they said were what just kept waking me up. Between that and my symptoms plus the asthma and the low night time asthma - it dropped to 71% which is critically low - they listed me as severe sleep apnea.

Now, waiting for the appointment to go in for the titration sleep study which is another overnight. This time they gave me a sleeping aid. This will be to make sure I am using the right machine and the right settings. Yuck but hey, gotta do what one has to do.

Excuse my ignorance ,peeps; but what are “Blot Echoes”???

Put simply, they are mid size, deeper quakes. Which can be precursors to larger quakes.



Blot echoes are defined in the model as magnitude 4.0 or larger earthquakes at depths of 100 km or deeper.

Awe, I love this! If you removed the brown coloring from Pickle, she looks JUST like my Blissy! Exactly!

I've been considering adopting another pup to keep Blissy company when we're at work for a while now. That video just confirmed for me that that is what I need to do.

And THAT is why I don't sleep naked. The ear is bad enough, but imagine the other possibilities when in the nude.
