When I went to the second sleep study I took two Ambien and yes, that did knock me out, lol, but they also were able to tell that it didn't make the asthma worse and to continue with oxygen.

It should be good since I am only taking 5 mg at home or 10 if I know it will be a bad night. I usually know I am NOT going to sleep well. What it is that tells me this, I haven't a clue.

As soon as our living room is livable again we're getting ours!

Went in a month ago or so for 2nd overnight for sleep apnea. They were able to control the apneas but I will still have to have oxygen as well at night. Saw the sleep doc Last Friday and they told me they would put in my order with the same company I get my oxygen from and it would likely take 2-4 weeks for insurance approval.

The company called me Wednesday and will be here to my house on Monday to set the CPAP up and make sure I know how to use it. Now that was fast.

I have a horrible time trying to sleep. I wake up. I toss and turn. I hurt and need to more move. I choke and snort which wakes me up. Daughter tells me she is surprised I get any real sleep at all.

Told this to the sleep doc, so she gave me a script for Ambien to help break the cycle and to also help be sleep while adjusting to the CPAP.

One more note on this, during the 2nd sleep study, they stated my sleep apnea was moderate to severe and my machine would be set for those with more severe apnea.

Have been under going a lot of heart testing now also, just to make sure my breathing problems aren't damaging my heart nor are being made worse by my heart. Waiting on some of those test results.

I can't believe my eyes! I bought old stock certificates including some from 90's .One of them says in German that I have 4 1/2 percent of shares in Riken Company.Total market value was 100.000.000 Deutsche Mark then.Today estimated market value is 295 million british pounds.Wow .If this certificate is genuine ( I believe it is) it would make me millionaire ! :)

You don't need a tree,,,just bring up those plants from the basement and you're good to go...

I'm relieved to hear that you will finally have some relief. I'm sure the CPAP, oxygen and Ambien combo will help significantly with sleep! And getting good sleep helps with so much more.

That's how my sleep sounds. I flip flop all night from one side to the other, then to my back and the cycle continues at 45-60 minute intervals normally. Good nights are when I sleep for a solid 2 hours before needing to adjust due to discomfort/pain. Ambien helps! I'm prescribed it too. My mom as well. Ambien is actually the only thing that has ever really worked well for me, for sleep.
